“Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.” – 1 John 4:1
Phil Pringle and those in the C3 Movement have sadly, not done so.
C3 Church Watch will be doing an article on Pringle and the C3 Movements connections to occult teachings and practices. Word of Faith teachings and practices stem from the metaphysical cult teachings of New Thought and Christian Science. Over a decade old, these philosophical camps have their influences from eastern religions and the occult.
C3 openly teaches and practices Word of Faith heresy. Todd Friel from Wretched Radio interviewed ex-Word of Faith teacher Mark Haville.
While C3 doesn’t manifest the kundalini spirit that other churches do (in the Latter Rain, New Apostolic Reformation camps), Pringle promotes and in the past, invited the father of this phenomena into his church, Rodney Howard Browne. Pringle’s teachings does stem from Eastern Religions and New Thought influences. The ‘slain in the spirit’ phenomena is also done at C3.
If you feel led to pray for Pringle and the C3 Movement, keep this in mind. If God can deliver Word of Faith preachers from this evil as God did with Mark Haville, God can do this to Phil Pringle as well. If Haville can repent, so too can Pringle.
You’re deluded my friend. “Kundalini spirit”! Ha!
Crayola check out Andrew Stroms videos on kundalini sprit and you won’t be laughing!
As one who used to be heavily into new age and studied into it with the intention of working on others, aswell as reading people’s cards including tarot, I learnt about kundalini and the chakras etc. I can tell you from personal experience, kundalini is in most churches today, and sadly, is also in the C3 movement. With my time spent in lower leadership, I saw it many times all the while praying for change – ultimately I could nothing but listen to God, no matter how I felt or tried to deny it.
I used to be a member of C3 in Los Angeles. They are very well meaning people, and I genuinely liked these people. With the help of my then girlfriend, now wife, she showed me how they were misguided and I got out of the movement. Unfortunately most all of the people I knew from the church apparently fell away or were never that strong in their faith. It is a feelings-based movement that moves away from the word of God, dumbing Christianity down to a mere “experience”. I felt very alone as I was not “moving in the spirit” like the others in various areas and it did fuel my low self esteem. I learned later that our true identity is in Christ and of HIs sacrifice for us all, not in our ability to move in the gifts. Unfortunately I learned very little about the gospel during my time there, but I pray for all those involved that they will consider that perhaps this is not the Spirit of God leading them to do these unbiblical things such as falling backward, speaking in tongues corporately and false predictions of the future. People claim to have a special annointing there. This is favoritism. We are also all annointed, not just a select few. See my article about all of this. All my claims are backed by Scripture (https://sites.google.com/site/tonguesandslaininthespirit).
