Phil Pringle claims he is a prophet. Here he claims to be your Elijah.
Is Phil Pringle ‘Your Elijah’?
Moriah Ministries says they have exposed Phil Pringle as a false prophet:
Phil Pringle – False Prophet!
Well, as expected Senior Pastor of the Oxford Falls Christian City Church, Phil Pringle has exposed himself as a false prophet by shamelessly proclaiming in the Lord’s Name that an event would take place which did not (see article below). There was no New Zealand Revival; There was no supernatural move of God toward such; there were no lightening bolts issuing forth from the long white cloud; there was no street rampage toward repentance – no feet running through the streets – no wind, no desperation. There was no mass exodus into churches, there was no, ‘Move of God’. IT SIMPLY DIDN’T HAPPEN folks.
Phil Pringle has been caught out uttering what the Bible calls, ‘Vain Imaginations’ and according to Scripture has invited the Lord’s rejection and wrath.
I am quite confident the Charismatic Spin Machine is presently working overtime to get around this one! And while some may consider this matter a small thing let me assure you the Heavenly Father does NOT!
In Old Testament times an ordained ‘prophet’ could prophesy on the Father’s behalf without error and live for the duration of his accuracy, however the moment he uttered asingle false prophesy – just ONE – he was stoned to death, Why? – Because the Father’s Name, Credibility and Reputation were and continue to be at stake; That is why the Heavenly Father does not consider false proclamations a small matter – they are what they are, a DIVIDING of His people. Phil Pringle is a False Prophet and as such is to be rejected as a credible authority within the Christian Church.
I emailed Ashley Evans (Senior Pastor of the Paradise Community Church) and associated affiliates of Phil Pringle regarding this pending exposure on the 27th of December 2005 – As expected, I have to date (April 17, 2006) received no response.
Therefore, let it not go without mention that Ashley Evans and his affiliates including Word Bookstore Australia, 107.9 Life FM and others are using Phil Pringle’s proven failed credibility to endorse the Paradise Community Church’s upcoming Influencers Conference 2006 Suffice it to say that should Ashley and his sponsors continue to use Pringle’s endorsements, it will be a clear indication of their collective failure to honour Scriptural protocol when dealing with liars exposed as false prophets – and as I mentioned in the initial post there are. . ‘All sorts of credibility’s at stake here’.
What do I expect will come of this exposure? . . . Why nothing of course . . . C’mon. . . These people are masters of smoke and mirrors, they have an agenda and driven by their blinkered, ‘end justifies the means’ credo, will surely seek to bury this event and press on regardless . . that is how they work . . they are the consummate: Sultans of Head In The Sand.
In the movie ‘Leap of Faith’ featuring Steve Martin (GREAT MOVIE) – a parody of a traveling snake oil merchant known as an ‘evangelist’ with his ‘miracle healing’ sideshows, come these telling lines. . .
[Martin before an effigy of Christ on a cross] . . . “Hey Boss . . . Remember me? . . . Jack Newton? . . . Got a question for ya . . Why did you make so many suckers?
Enters a kid who was healed the night before by his own faith hearing Martin chiding the Lord in a moment of honesty . . . the kid says . . .
“Are you saying you’re a fake?”
Martin says, “I KNOW I am a fake”
The kid parrots Martins previous words, “Well, what difference does it make if you get the job done?” [end justifies the means credo]
Martin replies . . “ Kid? . . It makes all the difference in the world!”
HEY . . How come the world gets it and the so-called Church doesn’t? How did we get so smug?. . so unbelievably arrogant?
*Shakes head* . . . Meanwhile back in Real-Ville . . . while these deceivers pat one another on the back, indulge in their own collective delusions and convince themselves that it will all work out in the end because they are, ‘doing it in His name’, let us mere simpletons reflect on what the One these, ‘enlightened personages’ claim to represent has to say on the subject of false prophets . . . for the education of the loopy Laodicean left who CAN’T and WON’T see how far from the truth they have strayed . . .
“Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the LORD…Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the LORD….
Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you: they make you vain: they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the LORD. They say still unto them that despise me, The LORD hath said, Ye shall have peace; and they say unto every one that walketh after the imagination of his own heart, No evil shall come upon you…
I have heard what the prophets said, that prophesy lies in my name, saying, I have dreamed, I have dreamed. How long shall this be in the heart of the prophets that prophesy lies? yea, they are prophets of the deceit of their own heart; Which think to cause my people to forget my name by their dreams which they tell every man to his neighbour, as their fathers have forgotten my name for Baal…
Therefore, behold, I am against the prophets, saith the LORD, that steal my words every one from his neighbour. Behold, I am against the prophets, saith the LORD, that use their tongues, and say, He saith. Behold, I am against them that prophesy false dreams, saith the LORD, and do tell them, and cause my people to err by their lies, and by their lightness; yet I sent them not, nor commanded them: therefore they shall not profit this people at all, saith the LORD.”

Pringle Prophesy Set to Expose a True or False Prophet
Subject: NZ Pray from 15.2.05
Date: Mon, 14 Feb 2005 22:59:43 +1300
NZPRAY: Let’s get excited about Revival coming to New Zealand! We know that God has countless ways of getting people’s attention – we will pray through a few this week – he may use natural disasters, an outpouring of his spirit, an evangelist, and he may use YOU and ME! His ways are higher than ours. However he chooses to do it, let’s press in and ‘see’ revival come to NZ and call it from the supernatural into the natural!
Prophecy given by Phil Pringle in Australia
“I believe New Zealand is about to have in 2005 a revival that will eclipse any kind of revival it has ever had in the history of that nation. I believe by the power of the Holy Spirit New Zealand is about to have a touch from Heaven. A touch from Heaven and the finger of God is poised in the heavens. I see it I see lightening bolts coming out of the Long White Cloud. I see feet running through the streets to get to meetings. I see things happening that have never happened before people running to church in New Zealand. I see them running through the streets of Wellington. I see them running down and the wind is blowing. They are pushing against the wind they are trying to get to churches. There are people running in Auckland down Queen Street to get to church. People are running They are desperate, some are full of fear some are full of faith. But they are running to church. This is going to happen in New Zealand 1000’s and 1000’s of people running to church – running It’s probably not ever happened in New Zealand before. Amen, Here endeth that prophecy – Praise God”
Comments: Well, time is ticking away and only a couple of weeks remain before Philip Pringle is either exonerated as a legitimate prophet of the Living God or yet another in a long, long line of frauds. Rest assured we will make it loudly known either way, remembering of course Pringle is one of the endorsers of the Paradise Community Church’s Influencers Conference 2006.
All sorts of credibility’s at stake here!

NOTE: ALL SCREEN GRABS WERE TAKEN BEFORE 17/03/2012.
Phil Pringle claimed that God said “[…] if you will build my house […]”.
But God has said in the Bible that “Unless the *Lord* builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.” (Emphasis mine).
I believe God.
“I believe God.”
Count me in Zorro…I am with God as well, on that one!
I don’t get the point of this blog. I am a student at C3 College and I am studying to be a worship leader. If you have ever visited C3 Church, it is anointed by God. His presence is amazing. By setting up this blog you have sent people away from christianity seeing as C3 church is the 2nd largest church in Australia based on attendance (10,000 per week) and the largest movement on earth (300 churches worldwide). Why are you JUDGING. God see’s everything and will be the judge of us. You are basing your arguments on one piece of bad ‘teaching’ and completely left out the good. And by the way, He prophesied that the Warragamba dam would overflow, despite 80% of scientists stating it would never fill up EVER AGAIN. Because god knows everything. C3 teaches the best i have ever seen, and i have lead worship at Hillsong and Riverview. The kids ministry is so blessed and filled with the holy spirit. “Take the log out of your eye before taking it out of others.” Correct me if i’m wrong but i don’t see you influencing 1.5 million people world-wide. You only criticise the bad things and are completely ignorant to the good things. God bless you and i hope you realise that criticising and judging is not your job, leave it up to the people who actually go there and experience the love, grace and mercy of God which is ever-present at C3 Church. God will judge and criticise. NOT YOU!
“I don’t get the point of this blog. I am a student at C3 College […]”
The latter statement explains the former.
“I am studying to be a worship leader.”
Yep, you’ve really gotta hit those books before you can presume to lead worship, haven’t you? I mean look at King David – he studied for years and years and years before he could do it, didn’t he? Didn’t he?
“C3 church is the 2nd largest church in Australia […]”
It’s not a church, sweetheart, it’s a *cult*.
“Why are you JUDGING.”
Because we can. If you had more discernment than a retarded wombat on a cold day, you would be able to correctly judge as well. As it is, you are a prime example of the singularly ignorant and biblically illiterate dupes who are relieved of their hard-earned reddies week after week at C3. If it ever happens that God opens your eyes to the truth (yes, miracles are possible), you will be kicking yourself over all that wasted money (and time, and effort).
“i [sic] have lead worship at Hillsong and Riverview.”
Wow, you’re really hot stuff in the realm of the Spirit, huh? How I wish I could be as good as you – really, truly; it sounds like you are living the dream – or perhaps it’s the case that you’re just dreaming. “Wake up, O sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.”
Remember: Jesus is Lord, Phil Pringle’s a fraud!
His presence is amazing.
Is that God the Father, or Jesus, or the Holy Spirit?
No it’s Phil.
Be Still for the Presence of Phil is Here
Correct me if i’m wrong but i don’t see you influencing 1.5 million people world-wide.
Yes we’re seeing some of that influence at City Harvest.
How are the miracle offerings going by the way?
Bought a miracle yet?
I don’t agree with (or rather I am wary of) many of the doctrines within these charismatic churches.
However, one thing I can say is that “FAITHHOPELOVE” has carried themselves in a far more Christ-like manner than the majority of you in the replies.
Instead of resorting to child-like ridicule and name-calling why not engage them in intelligent discussion? they might learn something, instead of leaving with the opinion that those who don’t share in their beliefs are simply hateful people.
“Instead of resorting to child-like ridicule and name-calling why not engage them in intelligent discussion?”
Engage them intelligent discussion? Do you honestly think C3 or Hillsong leadership can engage in intelligent discussion? They can’t even read a letter if they tried…
“Instead of resorting to child-like ridicule and name-calling […]”
Phil Pringle has said, from behind the lectern, that those who oppose him on web sites such as this should “grow a pair”. Sauce for the goose…
“[…] why not engage them in intelligent discussion?”
Because they have no intelligence whatsoever, and they are not the slightest bit interested in having a discussion.
“they might learn something […]”
Their eyes are blinded, their ears are stopped up, their hearts are hardened, their minds are confused, and their spirits are deadened. It’s very unlikely that people such as these will learn anything – at least not until they repent of their idolatry and pride.
@Churchwatcher. Perhaps, I can understand where your coming from if the leaders of these churches have ignored your letters.
All I’m suggesting is that we maintain a Christ-like composure for those visitors from this movement who have questions they need answers to.
Imagine this, you are new to C3 and have been attending for a several months.
You’ve noticed that there are things that are quite ‘off’ about it and you search the internet for justification to that end.
You stumble across this website, and after questioning something you don’t fully understand in the comments section, you are immediately shot down
by people who with extreme prejudice ridicule and hatefully call you names without explaining where you went wrong.
Or worse, you don’t comment at all, because you can see what happened to the last guy that did.
If I (or you) were that person, we may react negatively towards this site, reject it altogether, and either search somewhere else for answers or
forget about doing so all-together. In this situation we would have lost an opportunity to open someone’s eyes, who might have then gone onto opening someone else’s eyes.
I’m saying I wouldn’t see people that follow this movement as enemies, but rather brothers and sisters who have been let astray by aspects of falsehood.
In that regard, loving correction serves more purpose to save a soul than hard ridicule. In the least they will consider what you have to say.
@Zorro.
You would suggest that “growing a pair” refers to being more hostile? Isn’t that what he would want us to do!?
All he’d have to say is: “Hey guys! come look at this website filled with hateful people and judge them by the fruit they bear. How Christ-like they are!”
If we are going to be hostile, then we had better back ourselves up with logical explanation of why we are hostile further backed up by scripture, and hate the sin, not the sinner who can be saved. Or else we are at risk of appearing exactly how he would want us to appear.
In regard to “Because they have no intelligence whatsoever…..unlikely that people such as these will learn anything”.
No-one is helped in blanket statements such as this. It does not correct, it does not faithfully advise, it comes across only as bigoted and insulting.
Ask yourself, if you were told that you were as smart as cardboard, what would you think of the person insulting you? would you listen to anything they have to say?
Regrettably this is a theme that I have noticed in many of the comments on this site; I’m not just addressing this article in particular.
Look, I could be wrong here. I thought that this was a place to “WATCH, DISCERN, AVOID” false teachings. But I can’t imagine Christ being hateful in his correction. A righteous judge, yes. But we are not yet called into such a position.
If I’m wrong and this website exists solely to flame this church and form a hate club mentality towards it (and anyone or anything to do with it), then call me out and I’ll be on my way.
It just seems to me that we should not behave in such a manner. It sets a poor example.
We are aware of our own shortcomings with regard to the manner in which we address individuals. It is quite possible to lose sight of the fact that many who ask questions are lost sheep … and if they are addressed as wolves, we have been wrong to do so.
We cannot speak for others but for ourselves, we are truly sorry for needless hurt caused by unwise words directed at visitors who are seekers after the Truth of the Gospel.
One reason why this blog exists is help spiritually abused people … many have been so zealous in attacking C3 that collateral damage has taken place.
Ok FAITHHOPELOVE, I’m not going to speak on behave of this blog’s creators as to the “point of the blog”, but similar blogs helped me heaps in leaving an extreme church group. 1000s of people have left cultic groups and have needed considerable help.
C3 is the “largest movement on earth”??? Sorry, not buying it.
“80% of scientists” – where’s this stat from?
Look for Jo Nova’s site if you want to read unsaved scientists attack man-made climate change theories. I’m not trying to start a debate about climate change – my point is that these non-Christians weren’t buying the whole dry dam idea – and they weren’t being “prophetic”.
So if judgement and criticism is up to God and God alone as you appear to be claiming – how do errors and heresy get handled in a church? And if nobody is ever meant to judge another – do you consider governments to be rebelling against God in establishing a rule of law over a jurisdiction?
“Judgment begins in the house of God” is the start of refuting this error (Hey everyone, I think we need a blog post refuting this falsehood once and for all.)
Paul is doing some fairly heavy judging in Galatians and 1st Corinthians.
You made an interesting statement – “You are basing your arguments on one piece of bad ‘teaching’ and completely left out the good” – what ‘teaching’ of Phil Pringle’s teaching do you consider bad?
(Love your use of quote marks around ‘teaching’)
Looking forward to what Zorro and Gary have to say 🙂
“I don’t get the point of this blog”
Ya don’t say!
I rest my case.
I think C3 Marion led by Jude Blaney is a financial and spiritual shipwreck waiting to happen (now sped up by the $500.000 payout for the civil case from those sexually abused at the church). This web site performs a very valid function, and I see that current pastors and members of C3 read and comment on articles. But I think many worried members of C3 churches might find the comments too venomous. Face it, many of these people have been baptised into the C3 brainwash. Many of these people don’t know anything but this religion’s own internal language and culture. Many of them a scared to read the Bible and question. Maybe this site needs something more scholarly and in a more scholarly reasoned tone to help people detoxify from the C3 spell. Those in C3 Marion wouldn’t dare to think differently than Blaney would have them think. If they did they’d be socially ostracized.
