On the 9th of June in a Sunday morning service, the following event occured.
This same media blackout also occurred at C3’s PM service.
Odd behaviour don’t you think?
Is anyone aware of what was said from the stage during the ‘blackout’?
If so, please email us.

EDIT 03/07/2013: A C3 member recently contacted C3CW to say that “the black out on the video was Phil saying that they were receiving bad press and wanted the church to get online on twitter and facebook and say good things.”
We would like to get further confirmation on this. If what is reported is true, consider this: instead of standing (or preaching) on the truth of God’s Word, C3 have to resorted to false advertising.

EDIT 04/07/2013: This comment on CHC Confessions appears to confirm the above comment:
“As I begin to sit back and think through the early days in Hepzibah, in WTC, in Westin, I could not help but lament – Why is it that the church has reached such a stage? It is no rocket science to see that the repeated call to unity, the statement from the board, the focus on relationship are attempts to keep people from leaving and raising doubts. Why can’t the church address these issues and keep insisting that the matter is before the courts? Don’t the leadership know that if concerns are not addressed promptly and professionally, more people will have doubts and they will leave? If the leadership is indeed blameless, why do they need to wait until tranches 2 & 3? They should be confident enough to call a spade a spade. Having cgls telling us – ” Dun judge”, ” Dun listen to rumors etc. is counter productive.
And Pst Phil mentioned on Sunday that members should not visit “websites” (I presume that he is referring to this site and other similar ones) is only going to make matters worse by generating more doubts, more uncertainties in people.
The church will never be the same again. Even in the unlikely event that he leaders are found not guilty (I doubt so), irreversible damages have been done to the faith and the church.
I really wonder how is the church going to raise the rest of the BF with reduced memberships and a possible exodus of more people in the months to come? The only solution I could think of is to remove the entire leadership and the board and to appoint new ones that will bring the church back to its noble standing.”

If we get the audio on this, we will upload it when we can.
Ha that 2nd one is so obvious. Cue Australiana:
“Due to broadcasting and programming regulations, certain scenes have been edited from this material. The producers apologise for any apparent lack of continuity in our story.”
In Singapore they will say: wah lau, why ah?
Slightly off topic, but related somewhat…does anyone know why Kong Hee Ministries (www.konghee.com) appears to be located in the US? Contact details indicate a postal address in Dallas TX, and a Dallas telephone number.
Just curious as to what the story is there…no other reason.
C’mon, the address listed on the website is City Harvest Church office’s in Singapore. Where on earth did you see a Texan address??
How about going to the website http://www.konghee.com? I’ve just gone on there again now and taken a screen print. Go look at at it, scroll down on the home page or go to the Contact page and see what it says.
Can you look and tell me what you see? That doesn’t look like a Singapore address to me, but I could be wrong…
P.O.Box 610605
Dallas, Texas 75261
+1.888.780.KONG
contact@konghee.com
Go to the privacy policy page http://konghee.com/privacy-policy.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and look at the sub-heading “Returns”. It says customer service can be contacted at (888)780-5664. That’s a Dallas phone number.
I’ve done a screen print of this too – just in case.
Or how about Kong Hee Ministries Facebook page? http://www.facebook.com/kongheeministries/info
Check out the phone number listed there: +1 888-780-5664
That’s not a Singapore number, is it?
Correction to my second reply above. The number is not a Dallas number per se (could be) but 888 is a prefix used as a national toll-free number in the US. (Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toll-free_telephone_number#North_America)
Apologies for the wrong information.
I am not sure what website you got the information from. i am sure that it is stated as on my computer,
“8 Temasek Boulevard,
Suntec Tower Three,
#08-01/03,
Singapore 038988 “
Very strange, I agree. Did you try the links I gave above? Those are the official URLs for those websites that show up on Google, and is linked on Kong Hee’s personal Facebook page. At any rate, even the FB page for Kong Hee Ministries shows a US contact number. Perhaps I can see those because I’m not in Singapore?
More importantly, did this happen again on the weekend?
maybe so. i’m no IT expert so i can’t comment if it makes a difference to website content when residing in Singapore or not
with the ongoing trial, i don’t think he is stupid enough to put up such information on the public domain, that hints of him relocating abroad post-trial
I looked up a couple of things, and website design does allow for some dynamic content to be geotargetted, so not impossible that non-Singapore viewers might see a different set of contact details.
If that is so, it is intriguing.
I can verify that Singapore viewers can see it as the Suntec address.
8 Temasek Boulevard,
Suntec Tower Three,
#08-01/03,
Singapore 038988
Info@konghee.com
Rerouting through a proxy website, the address is seen as:
PO Box 610605
Dallas, Texas 75261
+1.888.780.5664
contact@konghee.com
Notice Singaporean viewers, the website is seen as http://edition.konghee.com/.
While non-Singaporean viewers, the website is seen as http://www.konghee.com/.
phil pringle is evil how come so many people cant see it
how many more lives is phil pringle going to destroy and people are letting him he is the one that mentors kong hee and told him to keep going with crossover phil pringle is being used by satan to destroy true christianity and to fulfil satans purposes and so many are too dull to realise they think its god now thats deception
if kong hee goes to jail phil pringle is taking over chc seems strange to me as hes the one that created the mess so logic would say not to let phil have any involvment at all this is all demonic
wonder what jesus ís thinking right now
Haha that’s hilarious! Wouldn’t be the first time people have posted blazingly positive comments about a church…..
Would not be surprised if it proves to be true that during the blackout, PP pushed for a ‘love’ campaign online. Apparently some CHC attendees are reporting that PP preached there on Sunday and told them not visit ‘certain websites’.
For now, not independently verified
jims a bit dim
@ ronfire – “For now, not independently verified”?
Just heard him say it at the !:40 minute mark of the sermon

@Ilegally Blonde. Thanks for posting that. When I said “not independently verified”I hadn’t looked at the CHC website for the video, so I didn’t want to make an assertion about something that I had not verified or myself.
So, it is true. I find myself appalled, but not terribly surprised. It’s typical of people like Phil Pringle to try and stop people from examining information for themselves.
Sigh. I really really pray that those who sit under such men may open their eyes and see the rottenness of the fruit that comes from these trees, and run for their lives.
I spotted Pringle during the week on Thursday at Hillsong Conference. I immediately felt ill. The guy oozes the same santanic aura I feel when I read about Brigham Young and the Mormons.
Your spot on Newtaste. Im not saying this to be nasty but its really concerning.
we are talking about peoples eternal destinies here
