The bible symbolised sexual immorality, delusion, wickedness, blasphemy, abomination, impurity and hatred of Christ and his church through the image of a prostitute:

Today we have the apostate church marvelling at the holiness and righteousness of Kong Hee and his wife Sun Ho who have financially bled Christians dry through dishonest means to support their lucrative ministries.
In her music video clip below, Sun Ho is playing a prostitute in her song ‘China Wine’.
Sun Ho said about her China Wine album:
“I’m really excited about this album, because I feel like it really represents me even though it’s in English.”
“I want to work with the choreographer to come up with “China Wine” dance steps and stuff.”
“And I was dancing during “China Wine” in the studio, and he started dancing too. I’m really looking forward to how it will actually affect the audience[…]” [Source]
Kong Hee even defended his wife’s role as a prostitute in the Sun’s China Wine video clip. Not only does he defend her, Kong flaunted her his ‘China Wine’.
Still the men standing with Kong Hee and the six accused are not addressing the allegations of Kong Hee who is accused of mishandling church funds of up to US$20 million. Furthermore, these ‘pastors’ are not informing their congregations that the six accused also used another US$20 million to cover up the original US$20 million spent to finance Sun Ho’s music career.

At this year’s Presence Conference, Kong Hee did not preach about God. Instead Kong preached about his life and all his accomplishments. Not once did he inform anyone present the details of the investigations and the allegations made agasint him. After preaching a selfie, Phil Pringle deliberately went out of his way to conceal the facts of the investigations and Kong Hee’s court proceedings and encouraged people to give money for Kong’s lawyers.
Not only did they mislead the tens of thousands tuning in, it appears they also deceived Israel Houghton.
Is Lakewood now standing with Kong Hee in his trial?
The Grammy Award-winning Christian singer Israel Houghton has been the worship leader at Osteen’s Lakewood Church for the past thirteen years.
Recently, Houghton stood up at Phil Pringle’s C3 Presence conference and claimed that “they” were standing with Kong Hee and CHC as they face the trial.
“I know we’re not supposed to have favourites but those three people up there with their lights shining, they’re my favourite people right now. If you’ve got something that lights up just pull it out, c’mon. Let’s just do this. Lighting up the kingdom that cannot be shaken. We’re standing with Pastor Kong tonight and we’re standing with Singapore. We’re standing for City Harvest. We’re standing with everybody who’s fighting life through right now. And this is going to be a reminder that God is fighting for us. And He is pushing back the darkness. And He is lighting up the kingdom that cannot be shaken.”
Really Houghton? Would you light up the kingdom of God with Kong Hee’s wife at your next musical event?
We hope that Lakewood will investigate the serious nature of the CHC scandal and consider where they stand with Kong Hee and CHC. Do they know the charges that Kong Hee is facing? Is this the type of “Christianity” they wish to have associated with their name? Does Israel and Lakewood really want to stand with Kong Hee and CHC?
Does Lakewood want to lie in the same harlot-stained bed of CHC?

God was worshipped with thousands in unity coming under the banner of Christ and glorifying Him.
Christians came from all over the world for healthy and uplifting fellowship.
Kong Hee preached one of the most honest messages I’ve ever heard, revealing that he contemplated suicide twice.
People gave freely to God and in support of his defense.
And you are comparing him, CHC, Phil Pringle, C3, Brian Houston, Hillsong and others to prostitutes.

There is a big difference between being united under unbiblical nonsense and being united under the banner of Christ. Jesus said we are to worship God in spirit AND in truth. Spirit and truth matters Dean. If you truly have a heart for Christ and His people, then the lack of truth preached at Presence 2014 would bother you as much as it bothered us.

To clarify, God’s Great Dance Floor was actually written by Chris Tomlin and Martin Smith, neither of whom are affiliated in any way with C3, and whose songs are sung in countless churches worldwide, many of which I’m sure would be 100% C3CW-approved churches.
What makes the song unbiblical anyway? The dance floor? I praise God when I have a good run of traffic on the way to work in the morning. I’m pretty sure that isn’t in the bible either. Does that mean he doesn’t hear my gratitude?
But hey, the dance floor isn’t for everyone. When we’re all up in heaven later on, I’ll take some time out from cutting loose and join you at the bar for a beer.

Anyway, i see this ‘God’s dance floor’, god’s bar and tavern, god’s mcdonalds’ nonsense as just another example of trying to fit worldly, carnal imaginings into an imaginaryC3/Hillsong/Jesus ‘culture’ [notice that it is never Jesus CHRIST culture? 2 Timothy 4:2 Preach the word! Be ready in season and *out of season*. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.
Couldn’t the same be said of this site? I see a whole lot of moaning, both in the articles and in the comments, about what C3 is doing wrong. I don’t see a whole lot of stories of people being won for Christ. How much gospel DO you preach yourselves?

Even Billy Graham confessed that almost all those who came forward were emotional responses with no real conversion or salvation. They came foward for wrong reasons.The common expression given when people came forward is ‘hallelujah’ you are a christian and disciple of Christ now. The ‘sinners’ prayers’ have become magical words of conversion, not much different from the Islamic way of conversion by the mere recital of their confession or shahada.
As pastor you should realise that conversion is the work of the Holy Spirit who illuminates the Word in our hearts to convict us of our sins and ‘lostness’ and turn us in true repentance to Christ for salvation.It takes individual attention and time to ensure complete understanding of what the gospel and discipleship entails, not so called mere mass ‘sinners prayer conversion’ just by coming out front. Please note confession by Billy Graham, not me.
And if Billy Graham’s crusade only results in thousands responding to the gospel preached but very few true conversion, what can you expect out of the altar call by Dean Sweetman after another ‘gospel according to C3 ‘apostles’ has been preached.
“Therefore when they were gathered together, Pilate said unto them, Whom will ye that I release unto you? Barabbas, or Jesus which is called Christ?” [Matt 27:17].
I always wondered why those people chose Barabbas when faced with a True Messiah and a pure faith. Reading these words from houghton in the above article reminds me of their wilful blindness towards fraud and dishonest teachers..and the choice between the complete revealed Word versus worldly carnal imaginings with it’s false apostles and gospels.
C3 seemingly choose barabbas and proudly defies Jesus Christ and His Word saying : His blood be on us, and on our children”.[Matt27:25].
i keep a list of so-called ‘Christian’ musicians to not listen to, nor buy music from, and israel houghton is on my list. i have many on my list from all sectors of so-called ‘Christian’ music. in fact, there are few musicians i will listen to or buy anymore, compared to the many i wont.
all israel houghton’s *WOF friends are on my list (some of them are also pastors): MARVIN SAPP, DONNIE MCCLURKIN, KIRK FRANKLIN, BYRON CAGE, ANDRE CROUCH, CECE WINANS, MARY MARY, YOLANDA ADAMS, etc.
all *NAR musicians like: JESUS CULTURE, JOANN MCFATTER, MISTY EDWARDS, JOHN & BRANDI BELT, JEFF & SUZANNE WHATLEY, ihop prayer house worship leaders, soaking trance music, etc.

Judge decided today that there is a case for the CHC trial to continue. In Singapore they say don’t ‘play play’ with the law and think you can get away with it.
I agree about the clip, it’s almost like it’s the elephant in the church. What, does Phil Pringle think it’s a great dance video or something? Normally you’d think church pastors would be shocked when another pastor’s (then approaching 40 y.o.) wife releases a music video with her dancing around like a hooker!
How did Phil complement Kong on the vid, “Yo Kongster, your wife looks so smoking hot in that clip! Any chance she can teach my wife some of those moves? But she might need bigger hot pants ha ha!”
Kidding aside, it just doesn’t make sense to me, that not one single person in C3 or any of their conferences (as far as I’m aware) has stood up publicly and asked is that kind of clip really appropriate for a pastor’s wife to be in, and I find that disturbing.

The laying on of hands is, in this context, for the purposes of ordination. The Latin word ‘ordano’ means “to stretch forth the hand in approval” and it would be wise indeed to thoroughly check out any one you are intending to confirm or endorse, especially if you are going to appoint them to a ministry position.
Failure to do your ‘due dilligence’ on the candidate, may well get you egg on your face at a later date, when it’s all out there online and all over the 6 o’clock news… Then you may unwittingly become a “partaker of other man’s sins…”
Paul’s warning to young Timothy was practical nad spiritual – if he adhered to the exhortation, he would ‘keep himself pure’ and not be entangled in other people’s “sins” – their questionable beliefs and/or behaviour…

So, the *gospel* was preached. What *gospel* is that? Salvation? That’s awesome! Especially if “hundreds” responded.

Presence costs $50 (for a volunteers, how generous), to $129 for the full conference. And this is the pivotal question…
…how many unchurched, unsaved people are gonna PAY at least $100 to come to a Christian event to get SAVED? And in the hundreds?
Don’t forget it will cost you a few hundred if you bring your wife and kids. I mean, $69 for kids – this is gonna be more expensive than going to the Easter Show or the Ekka!!
Let’s be honest Dean – it’s hard enough getting unchurch/unsaved people into church right now. Do you really think people are or did pay that much money to hear Christian speakers talk? AND get saved? I mean, that’s free!!
Although – I would pay $100 to hear Kong speak, then mid-way through his preaching call out some truths about his charges…
And furthermore I’d like to see if they would have given to Kong’s defence fund if they became of the case to answer judgment issued on 6/5/14….

the last pic of Israel and Sun Ho in this article is very distasteful, this is not reporting facts, but tearing down. It is not contending for the faith.

In regards to that graphic we assembled – some times shock is necessary. Shock for shocks sake is pointless and offensive. However, we can be offended for the right reasons. For instance, consider how God spoke to ancient Israel through His Prophets. Shock was employed to point out the immorality of Israel.
Likewise, not only is the image shocking in itself, it’s even more shocking that “Christian” ministries are endorsing this immorality. Juxtaposing the two images highlights how scandalous the situation is. We don’t like the image either but it really drives the point home. It is a sad summary what is being done in the name of Jesus.
In fact, when we made that image it made us pray and seek God where he is taking his people in the years to come.

After watching that China Wine clip again it truly is amazing how anyone could think that this immoral music clip could bring someone to Christ !! Rather in my opinion it was produced by Sung Ho for her own self gratification and her extreme desire to be a famous Music / Singer worldwide rock star, and she lived the high life like one as well using CHC members money !!. Instead she brought shame to other Christians and just made a total fool of her herself.
